Most of our business comes via recommendations from both landlords and tenants. We work in a very different way to corporate agents and we offer a much more personalised service to both our landlords and tenants alike. This way we endure far less problems than most agents. All our staff are highly trained in the day to day running of the business and our senior member of staff has more than 20 years experience in property management. We also engage the services of a legal advisory company which is very important in the case of any disputes. The same company visits our office on a regular basis to update all our staff on new legislation.
