- Agents will look to restrict the number of people present at the viewing in order to follow social distancing guidelines.
Masks MUST be worn by anyone viewing with our member of staff, and we do suggest tenants are not present during the viewing where possible, but if unable to we will ensure strict social distancing while moving around the property. We will aim to spend no more than 10 minutes in the property for each appointment.
We do ask that tenants will work with us during these challenging times and we will do our best to ensure the property is let quickly so that we can leave our tenants undisturbed for the remainder of their tenancy.
We please ask that anyone visiting our offices must wear a suitable face covering.
